Payment Terms and Conditions

Please note that all initial naturopathic or iridology consultations must be paid in full prior to the scheduled session at the time of booking and are considered non-refundable. This occurs securely through the clinic management software Simple Clinic, Square or bank transfer. By proceeding with the booking and making the payment, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions. Any unpaid invoices with no reply to ongoing reminders will be passed onto dept collection and may incur an administration fee.

Delivery

Physical products purchased on this website are delivered by Sendle or regular or express Australia Post. Products are shipped within two business days of purchase. Digital products are available for download within 24 hours. All consultations are provided face to face via Google Meets. Bookings are initially made via the “book in” tab on the website or via email. Bookings are made through the clinic management software Simple Clinic.

Special Orders

Upfront payment will be required to order products in that Peak Naturopathy does not usually stock. Unfortunately, there are no refunds on special orders or customised herbal medicine.

Refer A Friend

Refer a friend and you will receive 10% off your return consultation. Your friend must list you as their answer to the "how did you find out about us?" question on their intake form. You will be notified via email following your friend’s initial consultation. Offer valid for 1 month following your friend’s initial consultation

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Peak Naturopathy will notify you within 72 hours prior to your appointment as confirmation. If for whatever reason you need to cancel your appointment this needs to be done within 24 hours to avoid a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is 50% of the consultation fee or full fee for no-shows and less than 2 hours notice. Appointments may be rescheduled once. If you cancel or reschedule again thereafter, 50% of the consultation fee will be charged. It is your responsibility to keep appointments and provide notice as early as possible if rescheduling is required.

If for any reason your practitioner cannot make a scheduled appointment, they will provide as much notice as possible. In this case she will reschedule to a mutually convenient time. If your practitioner is unable to find a mutually convenient time to reschedule and you have paid for the consultation, then you will receive a refund. Please note that if you are 15 or more minutes late to your consultation this will be deemed as a no-show and full fee will be charged.

Product Returns

There are no refunds given on products.

A full refund will be provided for nutritional and herbal supplements if the item is damaged, spoiled OR the item is subject to a Therapeutic Goods of Australia or Manufacturer product recall.

In the case of a damaged or spoiled we ask that you notify us within 14 days of purchasing the product.

Peak Naturopathy acts under the law of Victoria, Australia. If you have any complaint arising out of your use of this website or these terms and conditions, then Peak Naturopathy agrees to help resolve the dispute through negotiation and discussion. If the dispute is unresolved a third party may be used as a mediator to help find a solution.
